“Anne Health has honestly been such a positive experience overall and even though it’s a new company, I cannot recommend them enough! Literally saved my life and so many other young people’s too, providing healthcare for patients under 18. I saw a counsellor there who was a lovely woman, also being trans too which helped me feel safe and understood. The staff at Anne health are pretty much all LGBTQ+ and is run by a woman with a trans child. I got the healthcare I needed and started HRT. I can’t fault the company and genuinely feel so much better now I am receiving help. Since it’s still quite a small company it has a homely and local feel that is very supportive and I am impressed for sure.”

"It's very unfortunate that in the UK right now, the only options available for trans people are self-medicating, winning a postcode lottery, or going private. Even going private is hard, as most providers are usually expensive and often bad. Anne is definitely better than all other healthcare providers I tried. Transferring from a different provider, I was able to get tests and appointments fast, and all the people I talked to were knowledgeable and supportive. There was no gatekeeping. I wish we lived in a country where this service didn't have to exist, but in the current circumstances, I'm very happy it does.”
