My #ArmyRun is done for the year and my virtual results are uploaded! Didn't run a PB, but it still felt good to get out and do it for a great cause! Plus the weather was absolutely perfect for it! Great job to everyone who ran this weekend!!

I completed my 5 km @CanadianArmy #ArmyRun today! Gorgeous day for it. My kids asked if I was as racing: Yes & I won! I'm racing against myself & I got a personal best! I didn't reach my goal of <30 minutes but I'll keep working.
