Research I’m working (questionnaire out soon) on aims to show DSM criteria 1 is inappropriate for AuDHD people = no support or misdiagnosis to BPD/EUPD and define/reframe ‘autistic trauma so people get support rather than suffering more betrayal #AutisticTrauma

I read today it’s not necessarily about a single incident its more about everything that lead up to that

I don’t like being like this vulnerable & why I asked for help a year ago but never received it :(

I knew the trauma signs 10m ago so asked in time, way past that now

I feel the hardest thing isn’t asking for help, the hardest thing is asking for help & not getting it

I'm hyperverbal. And have extreme anxiety.

So I talk and I talk. And I explain then re-explain then over-explain then ask clarifying questions about every single thing.

And STILL no one ever understands me. What's the point of talking? Why can't I just stop?
