My experience was Friday ‘off’ + weekend was a ‘wasted’/extra weekend day. I accomplished a lot more when I had Monday off.
Big caveat tho: My 3 days/week schedule lasted a lot longer than all the rest, so most of that time I was comparing Friday vs. Monday, I also had another weekday off. #blessed
