All he needs is a single "join forces and take over" argument to win them all back & save his skin! Works every time... somehow. Doof then describes his scheme, listing all the components he needs to build his GET-OUT-OF-JAIL-FREE-INATOR. We then switch to a high-speed backyard gang panel & EVERYONE'S feeling that wind power! Who's your favourite face? Ending off, Phineas is determined to break that record in typical Flynn-Fletcher fashion.
