One of my best friends sent me some DVDs for Christmas - and included personalized messages for each DVD. For the #BarbWire DVD, he wrote “I hope it sucks hahaha” (he hilariously likes the thought of making me sit through a movie I’d hate). Does the film suck? Nope - but it’s mediocre and BORING. Ⓐ
In #BarbWire, some of the more interesting elements of the film:
1. Government agents take almost exact inspiration for their wardrobe from the #SS, and
2. Canadian currency is WAY more valuable than American dollars (and is probably the World reserve currency). Ⓐ
In the film #BarbWire, #PamelaAnderson portrays “Barb Wire” - a frequently scantily clad mercenary, who reacts with physical violence whenever horny men hit on her. Oh, and this 1996 film takes place during the Second American Civil War (in the year 2017)! Ⓐ
Saw #BarbWire - the widely derided film starring #PamelaAnderson (and her enormous tits) during the peak of her fame (in the 1990s). Having lusted for her in my teenage years - I must say I’m pleased to see that after Pam’s recent #GoldenGlobe nomination, she’s once again being cast in big movies! Ⓐ
#Casablanca is one of the greatest films of all time - so say A LOT of people. But that’s a movie I haven’t seen - and I expect to dislike it. So rather than watching that “cinematic classic” - I decided to watch #BarbWire instead (a film I hear has the same plot as Casablanca). Ⓐ
