After yesterday's debacle, I needed a pick-me-up this morning, so I treated myself to a homemade bacon butty. Bacon, HP sauce on a Scottish morning roll.
Warm and comforting, it was just what I needed.

Made some chicken rice in the rice cooker. First bit of actual meat in a over a month (abdomen too heavy). It was kind on my mouth ulcers & didn't leave me feeling uncomfortable. Win!
