Ouranos is what I use! Micro blog does this for cross-posts. Deck Blue. Techmeme has a nice way of doing this via custom API posting.
The community doesn't have any standards around client stuff yet. We might encourage out-of-band tags for this as a placeholder.

I've tested @imlunahey.com's akari.blue.
For my own use, I don't see a difference between this client and bluesky classic web interface. BUT, if you're dyslexic, it has OpenDyslexic built in as a feature! So go use it!

For now I think a #BlueskyClient / #atmosphere APIs focusing on how thumbnail links are displayed could be key.
For ex.: now Cara.app links are cropped
Not cropped (small/low def) thumbnails in #atproto could keep images with some protections but with better visibility in Bluesky clients.
