2 The #1942MexicanFarmLaborAgreement created the #BraceroProgram, managed by DOL/State Dept/Immigration & Naturalization Service, which allowed 4.6M Mexican farm workers to enter the US & promised fair treatment. It ended in 1964.

The #BraceroProgram was an agreements between the U.S. & Mexico allowing Mexican laborers to work in the U.S primarily in agriculture from 1942 to 1964. They worked in horrible conditions with very little pay & treated poorly which the U.S said wouldn’t happen but they saved America
