A bowl of lasagna soup. Instead of lasagna noodles there are little tubular pieces of pasta instead because the cook was too lazy to break lasagna pasta into little bits. Pasta is pasta, right? There is some mozzarella and Parmesan on top of the soup. A spoon is in the bowl and there is a chunk of artisan bread leaning against the side of the bowl.
My second batch of soup foe the day. Lasagna soup. There are 13 pints in the freezer to tide me over for #BuildSeason.

In case you are wondering what #BuildSeason is, the FIRST Robotics Competition Kickoff is on Sat. Jan. 4. We have from then until our first event, which could be as early as Feb. 26 this year to design, fabricate, & build an entirely new robot that can play the 2025 game from the wheels up.

Now I'm working on a pot of Lasagna Soup. There are many recipes out there. I did a kind of pick and choose for my mishmash of a recipe. It will also go in the freezer to prepare for #BuildSeason.

A bowl of Creamy Italian Sausage Soup with tomatoes and spinach. There is a spoon in the bowl and a piece of artisan roasted garlic bread resting on the side of the bowl. It smells heavenly and tastes even better.
I ate one pint and froze 8 other pints of this Creamy Italian Sausage Soup to prepare for #BuildSeason (1st Sat in January until our first event March 12.) It's very good. Yummy!
