What drew you to the construction industry? I was drawn to construction because it’s real, tangible work with real outcomes. I like solving problems strategically with a team and seeing the results show up in the field. I’m also drawn to large, technically complex projects where effective collaboration and communication are essential to successfully navigating dynamic environments ; Bottom has Equinox HIT logo Text: Celebrating WIC Week 2026; and NAWIC.ORG-WICWEEK.ORG Silhouette of a city skyline with cranes, people, and text: Level Up Build Strong Communities | Careers | Futures in bold black and red.

My favorite thing would be that every project is different, so I’m always learning something new. No two jobsites are the same. No two project teams are the same. I'm always growing and learning from those around me, technically, professionally, and as a leader.; Bottom has Equinox HIT logo Text: Celebrating WIC Week 2026; and NAWIC.ORG-WICWEEK.ORG Silhouette of a city skyline with cranes, people, and text: Level Up Build Strong Communities | Careers | Futures in bold black and red.
