Frankly, I don't think #stock #buybacks are bad if :
1. The company also pays #dividends
2. They are part of a long-term policy to reduce outstanding debt
3. They are #randomized, so that nobody control *who* gets cashed out
4. The cash-out is of a fixed # of shares and a price 4 weeks previous.
