“This project will employ a doctrinal and systematic approach to EU law and policy, integrating normative insights from environmental law, theories of law and technology, and risk analysis. Subsequently, I plan to test these findings empirically.”

🌿 How can environmental rights shape eco-friendly AI?
This question drives the research of our current #CAISfellow Assoc. Prof. Alberto Quintavalla (Erasmus University Rotterdam). His project explores how EU law can align AI innovation with sustainability.
