I wonder whether #SEM practitioners fully adopted Anderson and Gerbing (1998) two-step approach for SEM. I use #gemini, prompt it to be expert in #CBSEM, explain the article. Are we missing some of the #SCDTs steps in papers? M null < M constrained < M theoretical < M unconstrained < M saturated.

Survey data is always laden with #outliers. Sullivan et al. (2021) sum all available influential outlier data treatments prior to model estimation. In #CBSEM, the usual technique is to adopt Satorra-Bentler correction and/or robust estimation. Here’s the article
