If the #Caffa is found to be in such bad repair it is deemed unsafe to operate it will be subject to a ‘prohibition of use’ order meaning it is confined to port until its owners repair each deficiency until the it meets required maritime safety standards. The Caffa remains at anchor off the 🇸🇪 coast.

The detained cargo ship was heading to #Saint_Petersburg. The crew of the #CAFFA, sailing under the #Guinea flag, is accused of using a false flag, and the vessel itself is being called a “stateless ship.”
