CoreCivic profits from human suffering. They are one of the largest for-profit detention center corps in the US.

Death camps like theirs in #CaliforniaCity pay the people kidnapped within $1/day for labor.
CoreCivic then charges those people $5 for a brief phone call.

CA’s largest ICE detention center quietly reopened and is receiving detainees This is the third privately-operated immigration detention center in Kern County.

#CaliforniaCity sold out the immigrants on the promise of 500 jobs and $2M in tax revenue by #CoreCovic to reopen the site. 300 detainees are currently being held with capacity of about 2500.
