Photo of a counted canvas needlepoint design called Intersections. The design consisted of 3 pale turquoise right angles radiating from the upper left, intersecting with 3 pale magenta / mauve right angles radiating from the lower right. At the intersections of two angles, the spaces are filled with needlework using the 2 colours. The fill spaces in the outer sections are in darker hues of the dominant angles, i.e. around the top and left, the filled stitches are all a deeper blue, while on the right and bottom the spaces are filled with deep magenta / purple patterns. At the upper right and lower left, the outermost squares each hold an 8 pointed star motif filled, using both dark and light colours from both colour groups. The design is available as a chart book or complete kit in this and other colourways from your Local Needlework Shop or Textured Treasures www.texturedtreasures.ca
