Has organizational wellbeing peaked? With employee wellness and productivity sliding, building a culture of wellbeing is still possible — with measurable metrics: expert

Alarmingly, #Canadianworkers are looking more stressed and less sure about why their work matters these days, according to a recent study. Overall wellbeing in Canada sits at 43.7 out of 100, with a 15-per-cent drop in workers’ sense of purpose in only six months. www.hcamag.com/ca/specializ...

3/8 The agreements work both ways. Not only can workers from other provinces come to Ontario faster, but Ontarians in these regulated fields can now find work across Canada with the same streamlined process.

True labour mobility at last.

To Whom May Care,
Your company's decision to lock out unionized workers at the CN
Tower is nothing short of disgraceful. You have shown yourselves to be arrogant, tone-deaf, and completely out of step with the values Canadians hold dear. You do not get to wrap yourself in the image of a national icon while treating the workers who keep it running like they are disposable.
Canadians are watching. And more importantly, they are waking up.
We see through the corporate spin and PR gloss. You are not negotiating in good faith. You are not standing up for fairness or respect. You are trying to break the backbone of the very people who built and maintain your reputation - and you will be remembered for this betrayal.
Let us be honest: we are already being used, abused, and gutted by American corporations who treat Canada like a marketplace to exploit
- taking from us, bleeding us dry, and giving back nothing but disrespect. That is painful enough. But what makes this situation so much worse is that you are not an American company. You are a Canadian crown corporation- owned by the public, representing the federal government - and this is how you choose to treat your fellow Canadians? You have a responsibility to this country and its people, and you are spitting on it for greed
The CN Tower is one of the most iconic, globally recognized symbols of Canada. It stands tall in our skyline, a beacon of pride, history, and identity. And yet, the people behind it — the Canadian workers who bring it to life - are being locked out, dismissed, and disrespected by their own government's corporation. That is beyond disgraceful — it is betrayal.
Let me be perfectly clear: if a public boycott is what it takes to bankrupt this operation and drag it into accountability, then so be it. You do not deserve the money, time, or trust of Canadians. Enough is enough. You cannot bully and lock out workers, ignore the bargaining table, and expect no consequences. We will raise our voices, we will o…
