The eastern area of native grasslands recently burnt as part of managing the vegetation as part of caring for country. Two chihuahuas in a bike basket in the foreground.

We cycled past #BababiDjinanang native grasslands. Merri creek Management Committee have done a recent cool burn, #CaringForCountry. This allows small critters to escape, burns invasive plants, allows regeneration of native grasses. And maybe encourage kangaroos to visit
