They didn't have to do this. Someone made the decision to make a ton of technology waste and upset a lot of customers needlessly. It's a screen that controls music on my phone via bluetooth. If it needs servers, just update it so it doesn't anymore. Can't be that hard. #spotify #carthing

We had a good run, #CarThing. Thanks Spotify for bricking the closest thing to modern tech in my 15 year old car. Hopefully somehow it’ll live on if someone eventually figures out custom firmware or whatever.
