Nope. We have to supply our own laptops and phones.
There's an interesting dichotomy here isn't there?
If the Council ran perfectly, then we'd not have any #casework to do.
We'd be freed to do policy stuff.
So if there's no #casework management system, then ergo, the Council must run perfectly.
3. We get #casework across so many platforms, email, phone calls, texts, WhatsApp's, Facebook, Messenger, Insta, etc, it's almost a full time job to check each mailbox.
The lack of systems makes tracking and replying a real challenge for me.
I'm pleased that I was able to help my constituent after putting pressure on Thames Water.

I'd say parking is about 1/6th of the #Casework mainly because although colleagues in Enforcement are brilliant colleagues in Transport are less than keen to implement actual measures that would reduce workload for colleagues in Enforcement
If I only focused on parking I'd quickly get disheartened.

But life gets in the way, and #casework in our own ward takes priority.
And surely the developer would be along soon to complete the works.

Coming back late from the Late Shows allowed me to check in on a bit of outstanding #Casework.
I'd reported this street light as being faulty earlier in the year. But it wasn't a simple fix, turned out there was an underground cable fault that needed repairing.
Pleased it's all done now though.
I'm pleased that my constituent's complaint to the Child Maintenance Service (CMS) was upheld after my intervention.
