I am doing this for two reasons. First, because these voices were not included in the Cass Review itself, and they should have been. • Second, because I have referred Dr Hilary Cass to the General Medical Council, and I want the GMC to understand the real-world impact of her work. Your testimony will form part of that referral.

This is what is missing from the discussion in and around the #CassReview. A necessarily curious investigator would be obtaining accounts from experts in the surrounding field of paediatric medicine and the treatment of rare conditions to compare the evidence base needed across the whole field.
