Testing character limit algorithm. Adding emojis 🚀👨‍💻🔧 and hashtags #Testing #CharacterCount to ensure complex Unicode and rich text elements are properly handled. The improved counter should help us stay within the limit while maximizing our message space. Almost at 300!
