My presentation on "Tradition as a Buzz of Individual Voices" engaged opinion writings on the #Chunqiu traditions from late #HanChina. These highlight two competing approaches to the #ChineseClassics: a purist selection of traditional authority, and a synoptic consolidation of different texts. (1)
