Without funding from the Legislature, 48-bed Mount Vista-area mental health facility won’t open A nearly completed residential mental health treatment facility in the Mount Vista area that was slated to open in the fall will stand largely empty after the state Legislature did not budget funding to operate it.

Construction is almost complete on the residential mental health treatment facility in #Clarkwa. But, the Legislature didn't allocate the $78M needed to operate the facility. So it won't open when when construction is complete.
