Windows System Display in Settings: Color calibration Go through whole gamma adjustment thing - at the end there's the option to do Clear Text!

Clear Text has been a part of Windows display management for so many decades ... it helps adjust text from thin, spidery to legible.
Took me a while to find on my new PC!
In case this is helpful: Go to System -> Display -> Color Management and then go through Calibrate process.
