Codex Cloud is getting much better at implementing full features. I still don't think it's vision works, but I need to do some updated testing of that.

Recreating an Access DB app as a Flask app. The Access app generates a PDF report. There are some problems with the Flask version of the report so I took screen shot of both and marked up the flask version. It took me way to long to realize and prove its vision is NOT working.

#OpenAI did not mention #CodexCloud in their GPT5 launch today. Cursor was front and center and they mentioned #CodexCLI. There was no mention of a GPT5 model replacing codex-1 for Codex Cloud.
Is Codex cloud on the chopping block after a few months?

My last 3 #Codex tasks are sitting at open even though all 3 have been merged. I have refreshed the page and waited 15 minutes but the status has not changed. I went into all 3 to double verify and sure enough, all merged in #Github. Has anyone run into this before?

Recreating existing PDF reports in #OpenAI #CodexCloud is not nearly as fun as creating the apps that generate the reports.
The report end users are very particular and not fans of change so it must look exactly like the original report which was generated by an Access DB app.

It seems like a lot of people think OpenAI's #CodexCloud is only good for bug fixes and adding small features.
We are using it to create full blown web apps. We have been converting legacy apps to modern web apps using Codex Cloud. Narrow tasks + Context = WIN
