Coga is a shooting star (as in, a LITERAL shooting star, not a rising celebrity) who’s just entered the wish-granting business… only to find that humans have lost so much hope in the world, that they stopped making wishes entirely. Already out of a job, he wants to drum up hope so that they start wishing again. Because it’s infuriating to be out of a job as soon as you get said job.
