In the eg above in market reporting, consumers rely on the promise to assure their market news is not rigged. According to Zansberg & Freeman at Alden, consumers could lose $ f/an intentionally false article but if not defamed, the Denver Post has no duty whatsoever. They can lie #coleg #copolitics
