Council approves multiple plats, rezoning and an ETJ release as neighborhood development moves forward On voice votes the council approved a rezoning for a triplex at 10371 Manana Drive, final plats for Horizon Park Unit 4 and Cottonwood Cove Unit 2, a preliminary plat for Flor Del Bosque, and an amended petition to release about 1,478.4 acres from the city's extraterritorial jurisdiction. Staff answered questions about utilities, wastewater and park access for nearby residents.
