I want a solar tax credit that IS refundable for lower incomes.
I'm on a SS benefit & don't ever owe income taxes, so those credits are worthless to me & ALL in lower income brackets.
Every #constituent affected by their GOP senators vote needs to show up personally to the offices and demand reversal or have them pay their bills. This is horrific. Make them scared to want to show up at the office! DEMAND RESIGNATION!! #DEMOCRATS SHOULD #STRIKE
