Curry Powder masala. 2 tbsp Ground Coriander 1 tbsp ground cumin 1 tbsp ground tumeric 1 tsp ground ginger 1 tsp mustard powder 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp ground cloves. Mix all the spices together thoroughly. Store in an air tight container. adjust the quantities to our own preference. @thriftyhomeandgarden
