Recipe #1

1. Slice 2 large onions into thin strips. Sauté them in a very hot frying pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

2. Dice 150g of chicken (chicken breast or thigh, preferably locally sourced or labelled Label Rouge or organic). When the onions are translucent, add the chicken.

3. When the mixture is golden brown and grilled, add 5 cl of water to the frying pan. Mix well.
