My issue? The CD4001BE provides voltage but no current (still don’t fully get how that’s possible). It couldn’t turn on my NPN. I used my last inverter so I could drive a PNP instead, now it works!

Updated my LED driver circuit: swapped the NPN/PNP pair for two PNPs and tweaked the LED resistors for brighter, cleaner output. After testing and tuning, the green and red LEDs look great at 3V. Love seeing it all come together!
