Otter Tail County approves Prairie Lakes data‑management and MDH delegation agreements The county board approved two agreements with the Prairie Lakes Community Health Board: a data practices and records management agreement to govern shared electronic health records and a Minnesota Department of Health delegation agreement spelling out responsibilities kept at the health‑board level and those delegated to counties.
