Be aware that they again rerouted post marked mail through regional centers instead of local centers for sorting. This means your mail in ballot is taking extra long to be returned. He did this in 2020 also. It took my ballot 2 weeks to travel 6 blocks. Normally, it was 3 days. #Dejoy
