Golden-fried potato cubes are tossed in garlic butter & parsley, centered on the base of a polished white plate, with slightly charred green beans & blistered cherry tomatoes on top of the potatoes. The potatoes, green beans, and tomatoes are topped with a golden-brown, pan fried 10oz filet of gulf redfish. The dish is finished with a rich, creamy, light brown sauce made from beef drippings, french herbs, worcestershire sauce & cream.
Fresh parsley sprinkled across the plate provides a nice contrast to the golden-brown components & white plate.
