Freezing rain has weighed down the branches of a young tree so much that it has bent down to touch the ground.

Although today's weather is quite mild at 10°C, #Quebec is expecting an Orange-Level weather alert for Wednesday, with major #FreezingRain warnings.

As someone who lived through the disastrous 1998 #IceStorm; I'm doing all the prep work I can in advance!
