शिमला न्यूज़: पालतू कुत्तों का पंजीकरण अब अनिवार्य, 15 दिन के बाद लगेगा 2000 रुपए जुर्माना Shimla News: नगर निगम शिमला ने एक महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय लिया है। शहर के सभी पालतू कुत्तों का पंजीकरण अब अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है। पालतू मालिकों के पास इसके लिए 15 दिनों की अवधि है। पंजीकरण न करवाने पर दो हजार रुपये का जुर्माना लगेगा। निगम ने इसके लिए ऑनलाइन और ऑफलाइन दोनों सुविधाएं शुरू की हैं। नए नियम का उद्देश्य इस कदम का मुख्य उद्देश्य शहर में पालतू जानवरों का सही रिकॉर्ड रखना है। अभी केवल 160 कुत्तों का ही पंजीकरण हुआ है। जबकि अनुमानित संख्या 1500 से भी अधिक है। यह अंतर नगर निगम के लिए एक बड़ी चुनौती थी। नया नियम इसी समस्या का समाधान करेगा।
