This is an area that is my super power. For the 20+ years in the classroom I taught students with disabilities. I have honed my skills and knowledge and continue to so that I am a solid 4 on all of these. It is intentional. My students are freaking rock stars! #ElemMathChat #dopematheducator

This reminds me of growth mindset research -teachers who bring their own "baggage" into the learning community. The belief in or lack of belief in students is often a self fullfilling prophecy of sorts. This is foundation of "I am not a math person" math myth! GRRR! #ElemMathChat #DopeMathEducator
