all i want to do is buy a book from #dymocks and not amazon. why is it so bloomin' hard? website is awful, can't chose click and collect and i'm not paying 10 bucks a shipment. please world let me have a simple shopping experience!!!

Spent two hours today signing my books at local #Dymocks. More people stopped to chat than bought #books but this is normal. Shop has 1000 books on display so I had to sell hard to convince people that my book was better than other 999.

An image of the wildflower Banksia menziesii from an illustration in the Ellis Rowan Collection, held in the National Library of Australia: nla.obj-138824515. The plant is commonly known as "the firewood Banksia". Its leaves are dull green, thin and serrated; some have a silvery grey appearance The bulbous blooms are pale red with a pink hue.

I could wax lyrical about another year coming to an end: where did all the time go, etc. No. The sadness is I've turned over the last month of my "Wildflowers of Australia" calendar - Banksia menziesii. A gem from the Australian National Library (Ellis Rowan Collection) each month. #Sydney #Dymocks
