#OTD: 30 November 1968, Europa-1 F7 was launched from #Woomera, Australia, the first test flight of an #ELDO Europa 3-stage vehicle with Italian satellite mock-up on board. Unfortunately after the second stage ignited, the third stage exploded and the vehicle was lost.
