The programme is all about supporting people who are underrepresented in public life to get more involved, speak up, and take up space in the rooms where decisions are made. Through it, I met some of the most incredible people - people who are now part of my inner circle, my cheerleaders, and my teachers. I learned so much about myself, about systems, and about the power of lived experience. If you've ever felt like your voice doesn't belong in certain spaces - this is for you. Because it does.
