Crazy friend has reverted to her truculent teenager persona. Excuses and justifications for everything, regardless of how irrational they are.

I am currently looking for participants in the UK to take part in my research - Exploring the Workplace Experience of Mental Health Staff Diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), also known as Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD).

It took me 30+ years to get the correct diagnosis. I knew I was #Autistic . Once the #EUPD was put on me, nobody listened to a single word I said. Over medicated unnecessarily. Dropped from CMHT as soon as dx. Had to fight for #EMDR and #ADHD dx. Further 10 years to get #PD removed from records
A beautifully written insight into trauma, the relationship between failing MH services & imprisonment, & the problematic use of #EUPD to explain what is evidently a manic psychosis, plus a great insight into prison life.
Too rich to highlight all the reasons that this is an important read
