This year I tried my hand again!

This time for another story- "Elegy under the Moonlight".
The first page was my first attempt. After following the feedback, I remade it into the other two pages, with less panels per page and a more laid back pace.

The General Court's recent ruling highlights the high bar for proving acquiescence in EU trade mark law. Simply being aware of a mark's use isn't enough; actual knowledge is required. A tough lesson for trade mark owners!
