I had a truly wonderful Earth Energy Connection session with Katrina at GreenSpiritCraft.com & the experience was nothing short of amazing. Before the session itself, Katrina took the time to get to know who I am, what I was hoping to work on & what my intentions and goals were. That level of care & presence immediately made me feel supported & seen. While I rested in my meditation space & Katrina worked from afar, I found myself suddenly seeing through the eyes of a crow-flying over & observing the very area where I live. That vision then naturally carried me into another element: the local creek. The transitions felt organic, vivid & deeply meaningful.
Katrina encourages you to spend the session however feels right-resting, meditating, doodling, or writing. I felt drawn to doodle and write & through that process I received a clear & powerful message from one of my plant allies. It was an incredibly special moment & l'm forever grateful for the insight that came through. After the session, Katrina sent me an audio recording of her impressions during the connection. In the darkness there is silence, there is stillness. Loneliness. Grief. Doubt. Fear. Loss. For everything there is a season. In the darkness there is rest & reflection, there is replenishment. Solitude. Slowness. Discovery. Integration. For everything there is a season. In the darkness there is umami, the taste of fermentation, of mineral and bone. There is a quickening in the womb of the earth, the re-birth of the sun. For everything there is a season. How do we survive the Winter? We carry with us the seeds of Summer. With our magic seeds glowing tiny at our core, we greet the darkness, we merge with the darkness, we swallow it whole. We keep the fires of community burning, those fires of connection.
