Anyone with #Eastlink having problems with their recordings? Watched a show early this morning without a hitch. Deleted it & tried to watch another one & I'm getting an error message (V565-1). Sound and video out of sync & it stalls. Can't get service call until Sunday. Trying to figure it out

Anyone else with #Eastlink having an issue with CBS (Channel 621)? It keeps cutting in and out here - sometimes for just a minute but sometimes for 15+. Not an Eastlink problem or none of the stations would be stable or at least more than 1.

I don't think I've gone 1 day since I had #Eastlink Tivo installed without it needing to be rebooted or shutting everything down AT LEAST once. Before 8:00 AM, the box was powered on but no Tivo, Had to reboot. What a downgrade from Maestro

Finally had no choice - have #Eastlink install Tivo or jump ship to another service provider. It's the devil you know versus the one you DON'T know so they're coming this morning. Reviews are mixed. You either love it or hate it. Please, gawd, let it be the former.

After repeated promises it would not happen again, I had to replace #Eastlink, as they cannot compete Rurally. They have no support or customer service. Line goes down, 2 weeks to put it back up, no internet, no phone, no services. Said it would not happen again. 3rd time I had to go back to Bell
