I've been assured by customer service at #EdFinancial that you can ignore the site when it says your payment is late.
But it's greedy #EdFinancial, so you probably should contact them. I'm pretty sure they will lie. Pay off your student loans, y'all. They're soaking us.

So #EdFinancial has a bug in its site. It's possible that on some days the AutoPay won't go through and the site will contain a warning that you are late on your payment and to pay immediately.

It's true that the FSA website took down the IBR form, but the article is wrong that you can't still apply! Fill out the PDF manually and send it directly to your servicer!
