Photo of the bottom side of the SMA jack showing that the bottom pins were never soldered to the board. From a side view, there is a small gap between the two ground pins and the PCB pads, but the two pins could have been bent down to meet the board. Once soldered that would have been a decent mechanical connection overall. Will crimp them down on the replacement part.
