Building a bash script package for Gentoo to setup a basic email server as I try to get all of the parts together. There are options to build Docker servers for it, but I don't understand Docker well enough to really try it.

I was hoping Coolify would at least support a full email server with a single install command 🤞. Setting up a mail server is such a hassle 😩 and would require major changes to Coolify 🔧.
